At Neurohappy, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right quickly.
Damaged or wrong items
- If your order arrives damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, please email us at info@neurohappy.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
- We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund – whichever you prefer.
Unopened returns
- If you change your mind, you can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened products for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
