2. Products & Medical Disclaimer
- Our products are food supplements, not medicines.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Always consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before giving supplements to children, particularly if they are:

3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to update prices, products, and offers at any time.
- Payment is taken at the point of order using secure third-party payment providers.
- We do not store full card details.
Pricing notice:
The sale price is £19.99 until 21 December 2025, after which the price will increase to £23.99, unless otherwise stated.
5. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription product:
- You authorise Neurohappy to take recurring payments at the agreed frequency
- You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting us before the next billing date
- Changes made after the billing cut-off may apply to the following cycle
Subscription confirmation and reminder emails are considered essential service communications.
6. Delivery
- UK delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Neurohappy is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
- If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at info@neurohappy.co.uk.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned, unless faulty.
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval and inspection.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, but packaging and ingredient details may change. Always read labels before use.
- Neurohappy is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse of our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
9. Email Communications
By placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to products, or using our Refer-a-Friend scheme, you agree to receive essential service emails, including:
- Order confirmations
- Delivery updates
- Subscription notifications
- Referral emails
- Important account or service information
Where you have actively opted in, we may also send marketing emails such as newsletters and promotional offers.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. Refer-a-Friend Scheme
- The Refer-a-Friend scheme is open to existing Neurohappy customers only.
- The referrer must submit their own email address and their friend’s email address.
- By submitting a friend’s email, the referrer confirms they have permission to do so.
Rewards:
- Referred friend receives a £5.00 discount code (first purchase only)
- Referrer receives a £5.00 discount code once a qualifying purchase is completed
Discount codes:
- One-time use only
- No cash value
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- May expire as stated
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards for misuse, including:
- Self-referrals
- Duplicate or fraudulent referrals
- Multiple referrals to the same email address
The scheme may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
For deliveries outside the UK:
- Orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for customs delays
Failure to pay applicable charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed without refund.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
